Recruitment Process

STEP 01

Application Form

STEP 02

Interview Day

Consists of a Written Assessment followed by a Face-to-Face Interview.

STEP 03

Pre-employment Checks

Successful Applicants must undergo checks as part of our Standard Procedure.

STEP 04

Training Day

Training provided in all mandatory aspects of care; to provide you with a comprehensive range of abilities and understanding in providing quality care.

STEP 05

Induction Day

Official welcome to Assisted Lives, completion of administrative procedures as well as distribution of resources.

Training Process

Assisted Lives invests considerable time and resources into the training and development of our staff

Phase 1 - Training

Mandatory training covering aspects of providing quality care to ensure the needs of the service user are met.

Phase 2 - Shadowing

Gain hands-on experience through shadowing shifts, and receive continuous support with regular contact with your assigned Care Coordinator. Learn and develop from working with your fellow Care Support Workers.

Phase 3 - Further Development

Through ongoing training and refreshers, We ensure you receive support when required at Assisted Lives. Specialist Healthcare-related Trainings ensure continuous development with regular supervision support with your Assigned Care Coordinator.
