If you live with mental health problems, you may need support in some areas of your life to maintain your health and well-being. We are experienced working with people with a wide range of mental health problems. Our support is tailored to your individual needs and will focus on enabling you to live a full and fulfilling life as independently as possible. This might involve supporting you to gain greater control over your finances, supporting you with your diet and food choices or supporting you while you participate in leisure, social or employment activities. It could also involve supporting you with domestic tasks around your home. We would work with you to identify the outcomes that were most important to you, then create a plan for how, with our support, you achieve those.
