What it takes to join Assisted Lives

Our Support Workers make a real difference to peoples’ lives, both at home and supporting them out in the community.

Care experience is useful but NOT always necessary as we provide full training.

Having access to transport and flexible availability is also advantageous.

If you have a genuine care for others, good communication skills, a willingness to learn and work with people of various care and support needs then we want to hear from you!
